Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receive the product. If one order contains several products delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last product.
To exercise this right within the deadline, send an unequivocal statement through the store’s Contact page or email Contact.AureaRadix@gmail.com, quoting your order number. If you contact us electronically, we will acknowledge receipt by email without delay. Prior return authorisation is not required, but we recommend contacting us before shipping so that we can provide the correct instructions.

Do not return products to Printify, the print provider or the sender address shown on the parcel unless we expressly instruct you to do so in writing.
For change-of-mind returns, including an incorrectly selected size or variant, the direct return shipping cost is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service or one that provides proof of shipment and retaining that proof until the refund is completed.
Condition of the product
You may inspect and try on the product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, as you would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose. Any assessment will be reasonable and made case by case.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only where permitted by law and will be clearly disclosed before purchase for the relevant product.
Change-of-mind refunds
If you withdraw from the entire order, we will refund all payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the store. We are not required to refund any additional amount paid for a more expensive delivery method selected by the customer.
The refund will be made within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase unless expressly agreed otherwise, and without additional fees. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Incorrect, damaged, defective or non-conforming products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective or non-conforming product, email Contact.AureaRadix@gmail.com, quoting the order number and including photographs where useful.
In these cases, Aurea Radix will bear the necessary return costs. Please wait for our instructions before shipping the product: we may provide a prepaid label or reimburse a reasonable, documented return cost.
The statutory conformity guarantee under applicable law remains fully effective. Remedies for non-conforming goods, which may include replacement, restoration of conformity, a price reduction or a refund where provided by law, will be supplied without cost to the consumer.
